机床结构对流换热系数的参数化建模方法

A parametric modeling method for convective heat transfer coefficient of numerical control machine tool structure

  • 摘要: 热态特性分析是研究控制数控机床热误差的主要研究方法之一,而对热分析结果有很大影响的对流换热系数计算却是一个难点问题。在量纲分析的基础上,结合实验数据与多元线性回归分析,提出一种考虑环境温度与温差变化的机床结构对流换热系数的参数化计算方法,提高了对流换热系数和机床热分析计算的准确性与效率。以某机床滚珠丝杠进给系统为例,通过仿真计算与实验对所提方法的有效性进行了验证。

     

    Abstract: Thermal characteristics analysis is one of the main research methods to thermal error of the machine tools, and the convective heat transfer coefficient (CHTC) has a great influence on thermal analysis. But the calculation of the CHTC is a difficult problem for thermal analysis. Combined with experimental data and multiple linear regression analysis, a parametric calculation method for the CHTC of machine tool structure considering the change of ambient temperature and temperature difference is proposed on the basis of dimensional analysis. It could improve the accuracy and efficiency of the CHTC and thermal analysis. Taking the ball screw feed system of a machine tool as an example, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulation and experiment.
