  • 摘要: 悬挂链输送作为发动机缸体铸件工序转运过程中的一个重要环节,针对现有工艺流程中人工挂件生产效率低、劳动强度大、存在安全隐患和造成铸件磕碰伤等问题,设计了一种基于视觉识别的机器人随动挂件系统,该系统采用视觉识别技术和机器人随动跟踪技术,实现悬挂链在运动状态下300 kg重载缸体自动抓取挂件。系统已投入使用,运行稳定可靠,机器人有效替代人工,生产效率提高10%,因铸件磕碰伤导致的废品率降至0.4%以下,具有良好的应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Suspension chain transportation is an important link in the process of engine block casting transfer, Aiming at the problems of low production efficiency, high labor intensity, hidden safety risks and knock and tear caused by the artificial pendant in the existing process, a robot movable pendant system based on visual recognition was designed. The system uses visual recognition technology and robot tracking technology to realize the suspension chain in the motion of 300 kg heavy load cylinder automatically grab the pendant. The system has been put into use, operation is stable and reliable, the robot effectively replaces the manual, the production efficiency is increased by 10%, and the rejection rate due to the knock and bump of castings is reduced to below 0.4%, which has a good application prospect.
