面向制造流程的检测过程精确仿真技术研究

Research on accurate simulation technology of inspection process for manufacturing process

  • 摘要: 制造过程中的工件是理论形态与毛坯余料的结合,自动化测量碰撞风险极高,为预先规避风险,提出了面向制造流程的检测过程精确仿真方法。根据数控加工过程与坐标测量机检测过程在运动上的相似性,构建了基于VERICUT的测量机仿真环境,并利用仿真工位间的毛坯继承性得到零件加工中间几何状态模型,实现了面向制造流程的检测过程精确仿真。应用验证表明,该方法通过计算机虚拟仿真能够有效地发现测量轨迹及测量参数等方面的不合理问题,避免直接测量实体造成事故和不必要的损失。

     

    Abstract: The workpiece in the manufacturing process is the combination of theoretical shape and blank residue, the collision risk of measure is extremely high. To avoid risks in advance, an accurate simulation method of inspection process for manufacturing process is proposed. According to the similarity of NC machining process and CMM detection process in motion, the simulation environment of measuring machine based on VERICUT is constructed. The geometric state model of part processing is obtained by using the blank inheritance between simulation stations. and the accurate simulation of manufacturing process oriented inspection process is realized. The application shows that this method can effectively find the unreasonable problems of measurement trajectory and measurement parameters through computer virtual simulation, and avoid accidents and unnecessary losses caused by direct measurement of entities.
