  • 摘要: 随着离散制造业智能制造的发展,柔性化、精密化和模块化的装夹技术在自动化加工过程中就显得尤为重要。为实现多品种、小批量、变状态的混线生产的自动化、智能化的精密加工,文章描述了零点定位技术在离散智能制造模型下的使用场景,并重点从一面两销零点定位技术、锥自定心的零点定位技术,以及模块化装夹技术的原理、数学模型、误差分析、托盘的设计原则、装夹特点、受力分析和机外预调公差范围等方面进行了研究和分析,为离散智能制造模式下的精密自动化加工的装夹关键技术奠定了技术基础,并且对离散智能制造的推进具有一定的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: With the development of intelligent manufacturing in discrete manufacturing, flexible, precise and modular clamping technology is particularly important in the process of automated processing. In order to realize the automation and intelligent precision machining of multi-variety, small batch, and variable state mixed line production, this paper describes the use scenarios of zero point positioning technology under the discrete intelligent manufacturing model, and focuses on the principle, mathematical model, error analysis, pallet design principle, clamping characteristics, force analysis, and off-machine pre-adjustment tolerance range from the principles of zero point and cone self-centering zero point and cone self-centering technology on one side. It lays a technical foundation for the key technology of clamping in precision automatic processing under discrete intelligent manufacturing mode, and has certain guiding significance for the promotion of discrete intelligent manufacturing.
