Design and implementation of informational management and control of electronic equipment assembly line based on internet of things

  • 摘要: 针对混合装配模式下数据信息割裂、组装过程实时监控困难以及产品质量难以追溯等问题,构建了装配过程追溯物联网,实现了组装资源的全面感知、智能识别和全流程追踪。在此基础上,搭建了物联网环境下的电子装备组装线信息化管控系统技术架构,并结合多种感知技术设计了组装线信息化管控系统,优化各种组装资源的规划、配置和调度,实现精准、实时和智能的监控,并通过某组件组装线成功验证其可行性,为军工企业以及其他制造企业的信息物联管控建设提供了有力的支撑和参考,具有显著的推广应用价值。

     

    Abstract: To solve the hybrid assembly mode problems such as the fragmented data information, difficulty in assembly real-time monitoring and product quality traceability, this paper constructs the Internet of Things(IoT) for assembly process traceability to achieve the comprehensive perception, intelligent identification and whole process tracking of assembly resources. On this basis, the technical framework of assembly line information management and control system of electronic equipment is built in the internet of things environment, and the prototype system is designed in combination with a variety of sensing technologies, to optimize the planning, configuration and scheduling for various assembly resources, and achieve accurate, real-time and intelligent assembly line monitoring. Finally, the prototype system feasibility is successfully verified by a component assembly line, which provides a strong support and reference for the construction of informational IoT management and control in military enterprises and other manufacturing enterprises, so it is valuable for promotion and application.
