精密数控磨床立板的多目标综合优化设计

  • 摘要: 为了寻找精密数控磨床中存在的薄弱环节,通过模态分析和谐响应分析进行识别,确定立板为要优化的关键部件。首先运用拓扑优化方法,优化立板的材料分布。然后以立板的最大变形量、质量、一阶固有频率为优化目标,结合响应面法对立板进行多目标优化,基于多目标遗传算法寻优,计算得到最优Pareto解。最后通过验证,立板的最大变形量减少了3.83%,质量减小了25.35%,一阶固有频率提高了22.33%。同时磨床在各方向的振幅也有所减小,整机动态性能得到改善。

     

    Abstract: In order to find the weak links in the precision CNC grinder, the modal analysis and harmonious response analysis were used to identify the vertical plate as the key component to be optimized. Firstly, the topological optimization method is used to optimize the material distribution of vertical plate. Then, the maximum deformation, mass and first-order natural frequency of the vertical plate are taken as the optimization objectives, and the response surface method is used to conduct multi-objective optimization of the vertical plate. The optimal Pareto solution is calculated based on the multi-objective genetic algorithm. Finally, the maximum deformation of the vertical plate is reduced by 3.83%, the mass is reduced by 25.35%, and the first-order natural frequency is increased by 22.33%. At the same time, the amplitude of the grinder in all directions is also reduced, and the dynamic performance of the machine is improved.
