一种生产线用缸体夹具的设计与实现

The design and implementation of a cylinder clamp for production line

  • 摘要: 针对某汽车发动机缸体加工生产线的要求,设计了一种夹具,在实际加工中克服了夹压变形问题,采用一种特殊的处理方法,结合适当的参数指标设定,避免了工件变形,并在实际加工中验证了方法的可行性和有效性,同时配合生产线节拍,完成所有工序加工。简要阐述了汽车发动机缸体生产的现状、产线设备组成、产线工艺计划、OP20夹具设计和试切验证等内容。

     

    Abstract: This paper aims at the requirements of an automobile engine cylinder block processing line, a fixture is designed to overcome the problem of clamping and compression deformation in actual processing. A special processing method is adopted, combined with suitable parameter index settings, to avoid workpiece deformation, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the method were verified during processing, and all the processing procedures were completed in line with the production line rhythm. This article briefly describes the current situation of automobile engine cylinder block production, production line equipment composition, production line process plan, OP20 fixture design, trial cutting verification and other contents.
