陶瓷3D打印技术在车辆装备底盘制造中的潜在应用

Potential application of ceramic 3D printing technology in chassis manufacturing of vehicle equipment

  • 摘要: 陶瓷材料具有低密度、耐高温、高耐磨性及高强度等优良特性,是车辆装备底盘制造领域最有发展前景的应用材料之一。但底盘系统各组成的结构大多较为复杂,且陶瓷材料固有的硬度高、脆性大,使得传统成型方法制造困难。在系统介绍陶瓷3D打印技术原理和特点的基础上,论述了陶瓷3D打印技术在车辆装备底盘制造领域的应用现状和发展趋势。最后阐述了制约陶瓷3D打印技术广泛应用的技术难点问题,并指明了今后的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Ceramic material is one of the most promising application materials in the field of vehicle equipment chassis manufacturing due to its excellent characteristics of low density, high temperature resistance, high wear resistance and high strength.However, the structure of the chassis system is mostly complex, and the inherent high hardness and brittleness of ceramic material make it difficult to manufacture by traditional molding methods.Based on the systematic introduction of the principle and characteristics of ceramic 3D printing technology, the application status and development trend of ceramic 3D printing technology in the field of vehicle equipment chassis manufacturing are discussed.Finally, the technical difficulties restricting the wide application of ceramic 3D printing technology are discussed, and the future research directions are pointed out.
