基于PLC与工业机器人的自动生产线智能包装系统设计

Design of intelligent packaging system for automatic production line based on PLC and industrial robots

  • 摘要: 在自动生产线过程中,工业机器人采用ABB IRB120 6轴机器人将物料瓶放入物料台包装盒中,待包装盒工位放满物料后,由工业机器人加盖。加盖完成后根据瓶盖颜色对盒盖指定位置分别贴标签,贴签完成后通知智能仓储单元入库, 实现了智能包装过程。通过RobotStudio离线编程软件搭建仿真系统,合理规划生产资源降低开发成本,缩短开发周期,提高工作效率,进而优化自动控制系统,达到预期效果。

     

    Abstract: In the process of automatic production line, the industrial robot uses ABB IRB120 six axis robot to put the material bottle into the packing box of the material table.Label the box lid according to the color of the bottle lid, and notify the intelligent storage unit to store it.The intelligent packaging process is realized.The simulation system is built by the off-line programming software of RobotStudio, which can reduce the development cost, shorten the development cycle, improve the work efficiency and optimize the automatic control system to achieve the desired effect.
