基于SIMOTION D455的大部件调姿对合系统研制

Research and development of large components attitude adjustment and alignment system based on SIMOTION D455

  • 摘要: 为了提高大部件装配的生产质量和效率,缩短制造周期,设计、制造了一套大部件调姿对合系统。在该项目中,设计制造了用于调姿、对合的数控定位器,开发了一套用于调姿和轨迹规划的算法,编写了一套以工艺集成软件为核心的软件系统,大部件调姿对合系统采用西门子SIMOTION D455运动控制器作为执行单元。应用证明,该系统具有良好的操作性和可靠性,极大地提高了大部件装配的装配质量,降低了人员劳动强度,提高了劳动生产率。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the production quality and efficiency of large parts assembly and shorten the manufacturing cycle, the company has designed and manufactured a set of large parts attitude adjustment and alignment system. In the project, author designed and manufactured a CNC positioner for attitude adjustment and alignment, developed a set of algorithms for attitude adjustment and trajectory planning, and compiled a software system with process integration software as the core. The Siemens SIMOTION D455 motion controller is used as the execution unit of large components attitude adjustment system. The application shows that the system has good operability and reliability, greatly improves the assembly quality of large parts, reduces the labor intensity of personnel, and improves the labor productivity.
