Comprehensive performance evaluation of CNC machine tools based on improved pull-off grade method

  • Aiming at the problems existing in the performance evaluation of existing CNC machine tools, a new static hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method based on improved pull-off grade method is proposed. Based on the principle of the open grade method, the weight coefficient of the comprehensive performance evaluation index of the CNC machine tool was determined, and the comprehensive performance evaluation model of the CNC machine tool based on the improved pull-off grade method was further established. The calculation results of the application examples show that the established numerical performance evaluation model of CNC machine tools is reasonable and effective.
