Exploration and practice of high efficient rough machining of landing gear forgings

  • Aircraft landing gear components are mainly high-strength steel with complex structure and low manufacturing efficiency.How to improve the manufacturing efficiency of landing gear is a research hotspot in the industry.Among them, rough machining is the key to improve the efficiency due to the high precision of landing gear, strict tolerance requirements of shape and position, and limited improvement space of finishing efficiency.From the engineering point of view, this paper analyzes and introduces the clamping positioning, cutting tool scheme and cutting parameters of efficient rough machining of landing gear, and puts forward a feasible scheme.
