Improved design and static analysis of sliding saddle of five-axis CNC

  • This paper combined with market demand improved vertical five-axis linkage CNC that for processing small precision, and optimize the mechanical structure of its key components - sliding saddle, analyze its stress state, combined with the ANSYS software to analysis the statics characteristic of the sliding saddle. The stress state of the overall and the stable precision of the whole of the machine are improved.
