Optimization design and motion simulation of laser welding machine

  • In view of the laser seal welding technology of the power battery shell, the structure scheme of the laser welding machine is designed. The X/Y axis linear motor module and the Z axis linear module have been used to complete the one-off welding of the four sides and the round angle of the battery shell. The motion simulation analysis of the whole machine is carried out by using UG, and ANSYS Workbench software is used to complete the optimization design of columns and beams. It plays an important role in improving the welding quality and efficiency of power batteries.
