Design of multi-parameter control system for induction tempering machine

  • In this paper, the multi-parameter control system of main tooth vertical induction tempering machine is designed. The tempering machine adopts Siemens 808D CNC system. The interactions between the NC program, the energy monitoring system process parameters and the remote dispatch signals are connected by Siemens S7-1200 PLC through PROFINET bus. After on-site operation, the entire system works normally and can meet production needs well.
