  • The heat treatment deformation of the aluminum alloy wheel is inevitable, which will bring many disadvantages. This article analyzes the causes of deformation of aluminum alloy wheels, and explains the positive significance of controlling deformation. Furthermore, the article explains the judging criterion of the roundness calibration and specific implementation method according to the mathematical model of displacement-force closed loop control system.
