Research on testing methods for mechanical properties of multi-leaf collimator based on high-speed camera

  • Based on the high-speed camera, a test platform for mechanical properties of multi-leaf collimator was built, effects of image resolution, frame rate and image processing method on the test accuracy of mechanical properties were studied. The measurement accuracy for mechanical properties of multi-leaf collimator can reach 0.01 mm with the blade movement speed not higher than 250 mm/s, when the single-direction image resolution is 4 000, the frame rate is 500FPS, in the form of field visual partition of 40 mm×40 mm.
