Design and simulation of water beam generation system based on AMESim

Abstract
The water beam generation system in water jet processing is prone to water bottle instability and pulsation, which affects its practical application. The water beam generation system experimental platform was designed and constructed. The HCD model of the water beam generation system was built by AMESim software, and the main performance of the system was analyzed by setting corresponding parameters. The analysis results show that selecting the appropriate speed can reduce the pulsation rate of the water beam. The accumulator has obvious effect on the pulsation absorption of the water beam at different speeds. The final outlet pressure of the system is adjustable and stable, which can meet the water beam with different pressure. The correctness of the simulation results is verified by experiments, which provides a basis for subsequent experiments.
