Static mechanical characteristics of paired angular contact ball bearings

Abstract
According to the actual working condition of the angular contact ball bearing, the angular contact ball bearing contact model of the back-to-back paired installation form is established. The load distribution and contact stress of the paired bearing under the combined action of radial, axial and moment loads are calculated. The theoretical values are compared with the results obtained by Ansys finite element method to verify the accuracy of the calculation results. The variation of the static load distribution and contact characteristics of the paired bearings under the action of the combined load is studied in detail. The results show that the inner ring of the paired angular contact ball bearing is displaced under the combined load, so that the load distribution is not uniform. The contact stress is mainly concentrated on the steel balls near the load symmetry line. Changing the combined load will cause the load distribution law and contact characteristics of the two row of bearings to change.
