Research on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of milling performance based on variable weight method
-
Abstract
Based on the variable weight method with multiple factors and different configuration changes, a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for milling performance is proposed. Compared with the traditional constant weight method, the variable weight characterizes the influence of different configurations of residual stress, surface quality, material removal rate and other factors on the cutting performance, and can reflect the balance of various factors. This method is suitable for any type of milling performance evaluation. The algorithm and experimental analysis show that the results obtained by the evaluation method are smaller, the range of effective cutting parameters can be used, and the comprehensive evaluation accuracy of milling performance is improved by 4.36%. Therefore, the method has higher accuracy and applicability.
