Research on optimal selection of machine tool fixture based on combination weighting method for GC-TOPSIS

  • Considering that the existing evaluation schemes are not comprehensive enough, a new combined weighting method is proposed, which combines the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) with the maximum deviation method. By using this method, the combined weights of each evaluation index can be obtained, and the comprehensive closeness of each scheme can be calculated by combining with the Grey Relational Ideal Solution (GC-TOPSIS), and the scheme with the largest comprehensive closeness can be selected as the best scheme for parts processing. Finally, the feasibility and superiority of this method in optimizing the fixture of machine tool are verified by an example of processing a certain process of gear reducer box.
