Research on technology of automatic chip removal and filtration system based on CNC machine tool

In the environment of green manufacturing technology, this paper studies the collection of chips, the recycle and reuse of cutting fluid and the intelligent detection and control of chip removal system, by means of multi-stage filtration, oil-water separation and intelligent control, the technology of the system platform was tackled, and an integrated, low-cost, high control precision automatic chip removal and filtration system was developed, which can be used in various processing environments, the filtering efficiency of chip removal is improved, and the cutting fluid is saved.
