Application of FANUC PMi-A in synchronous control of servo press line

A synchronous control method for servo press line is proposed. The structure of servo press and manipulator in servo press line is introduced. Based on FANUC PMI-A numerical control system, the electronic cam and inter unit synchronization functions used in the synchronous control of servo press line are described in detail, including CNC parameter configuration and programming method. Through the actual control effect of the stamping equipment, it is shown that the application of these functions can realize the precise synchronous control and the high-beat operation of the servo press line.
