Application of glue fastening method in the clamping of high precision thin-wall parts

  • Aiming at the problem that the high-precision thin-walled parts are deformed due to the clamping force during machining, resulting in the size, shape and position accuracy of the parts, a special clamping method is introduced through the processing example - the adhesive is tight. The solid method successfully solves the problem of clamping deformation of the parts, guarantees all the process requirements of the parts, and provides a good basis and reference for the later processing of thin-walled parts.
