Thermal error modeling and analysis on high speed spindle based on TMAC

Abstract
The thermal error of a high-speed milling center machine tool spindle test bench is tested. Based on the TMAC system, thermal error model is established, which is integrated into the numerical control system.The model minimizes the influence of the thermal deformation of the spindle on the processing error and achieves good results. It provides a reference for the design optimization of the spindle structure and the thermal error online compensation technology.
