Research on new 3D printing slice based on physical properties of powder materials

Most of the 3D printing processes involve thermal processing, and the main problems they face are the influence of thermal stress and residual stress on the properties of thin layers in the process of processing. In this paper, a new 3D printing manufacturing system which can simulate numerically is proposed. By establishing an adaptive slicing method based on the physical properties of powder materials, the optimal process specification can be achieved quickly.
