Research on service-oriented and reconfigurable CNC system architecture

  • From the perspective of the development of CNC systems, the new requirements of service-oriented and intelligence are analyzed, and an intelligent CNC system architecture driven by applications for manufacturing scenarios is proposed, which solves the problems of modern CNC systems that are open, complex, intelligent, and service-oriented. Introduce the most core basic components and structure, and analyze and demonstrate the basic points of architecture implementation. Based on this architecture, an open intelligent CNC basic platform can be realized, providing a unified and open intelligent CNC application development platform, which will greatly promote the research and development of intelligent CNC.
