Research on the application of flexible machining unit for aeronautical parts

  • In view of the laggard manual loading and unloading situation in the mixed line production of NC milling in aviation manufacturing enterprises, this paper puts forward the adoption of AGV automatic logistics technology and robot automatic loading and unloading technology. And communicate with the manufacturing execution system (MES) and the machine tool numerical control system to complete the receiving of the production task and the transmission of the NC machining program, which realizes the automatic and flexible mixed-line machining of a variety of parts and improves the production efficiency.
