Applied force analysis and life calculation of moving pair of V-shaped roller guide rail

  • In this paper, the 70° and 90° V from structure of guide rail and wheel bearing motion pair (monorail double along, single along the guide rail, rectangle, triangle, trapezoid, circular roller bearing, linear, circular, less than half the, irregular linear orbit) and introduces the application way, and the round roller bearing in monorail double along a guide rail used for stress analysis and life calculation, verify the V-shaped roller guide motion pair in production practice, the main factors affecting its service life.
