Design of intelligent industrial operation and maintenance system based on mixed reality technology

  • Based on the mixed reality technology, a framework of intelligent industrial operation and maintenance system was proposed. Functions including intelligent workshop inspection, remote expert assistance troubleshooting, and virtual training pool were developed upon the application implementation and interaction layers of the system. This system is able to greatly reduce the costs of operation and maintenance, as well as improve the management efficiency of equipment manufacturing enterprises, which provides practical exploration for realizing intelligent transformation of the industry.
