Design and practice of control system for bearing ring intelligent machining unit

Based on the basic requirements of intelligent manufacturing, starting from the manufacturing process of bearing ring, this paper describes the design and commissioning process of intelligent production control system of bearing from four aspects of CNC machine tool selection, robot loading and unloading, automatic logistics storage, intelligent detection, etc., and finally realizes unmanned production.
