High precision flexible support method for weak rigid parts

  • Aiming at the problem that the deformation of weak rigid parts with affects the accuracy of shape detection, this paper proposes a multi-point active flexible support method to eliminate the influence of gravity deformation. First, the flexible support method determines the support position and number according to the size and shape of the weak rigid parts, then designs the precise screw self-locking displacement mechanism, and finally realizes the high-precision positioning movement of the support position combined with the pressure feedback to eliminate the influence of the gravity deformation. This method provides an effective support method for all kinds of weak rigid parts.
