Design of main drive for CNC transformation of CW6163 lathe

The main drive of CW6163 CNC transformation for ordinary lathe adopts the main drive scheme of variable frequency motor stepless speed regulation tandem gear stepped gearbox. It is planned to keep the original headstock. The design methods of determining the frequency conversion range, the gear ratio of the stepped transmission gearbox and the number of transmission stages are described.
