Aiming at the limited problem of LEBUS groove processing method, the process characteristics and tool processing scheme of LEBUS groove processing are discussed. By using the user macro functions of numerical control system, the macro program for the LEBUS grooves processing with high practical value was developed.The difficult problems of LEBUS grooves programming are solved.It has certain guiding significance for actual production.
