Structural design and friction performance analysis of based on "equal work" principle of track guiding surface

  • In order to achieve the stability of the system, a guide surface calculation model based on the principle of "equal work" was established based on the principle of the pair of roller linear guides and the deformation of the roller entering the bearing area. The numerical equations were used to derive the parametric equation of the guide surface. The experimental method is used to verify the improvement of the friction and noise of the track guide surface based on the "equal work" principle.
