Research on manufacturing resource allocation based on multi-objective optimization

  • In order to achieve the efficient use of manufacturing resources in the intelligent manufacturing environment, a manufacturing resource optimization method based on multi-objective optimization is proposed. A multi-objective optimization model considering the processing cost, processing time, processing quality and manufacturing cell suitability is constructed. An improved particle swarm optimization algorithm based on time-varying speed and position weighted updating is used to test the optimization model. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by an example.
