Optimization of SLM process for 17-4PH stainless steel based on orthogonal test

It is very important to analyze and test the properties of laser melted parts in the application and research of this technology. In this paper, by analyzing and testing the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of the parts formed by selective laser melting under different process parameters, the effects of different process parameters on the properties of the parts are compared and evaluated, and reasonable optimization is carried out.
