Realization of the position correction function of the press based on FANUC PMI-A

  • An automatic correction method for the slide position of the press is proposed. The principle of press correction is introduced. Based on the FANUC PMI-A numerical control system, the implementation method of the external workpiece coordinate offset function of the system and its application in position correction of servo press are described in detail. This method has been practically applied in press machine. The validity and practicability of this function were further verified through the collection and analysis of the relevant operating data of the press.
