Application of master-slave function driven by double motors in CNC machine tool

Based on SINUMERIK 840D sl, the calculation equation of torque compensation controller is derived through the control structure diagram of master-slave function, and then the output torque formula of master-slave motor and the torque selection formula of double motor are derived. According to these formulas, the basic parameters of master-slave function, debugging methods and effect verification, and the torque selection of double motor are introduced.
