Flexible additive and subtractive material mixed manufacturing process and the structure characteristics of processing equipment

Based on the idea of flexibility additive and subtractive material mixed manufacturing system, its craft process is expounded, and the structural characteristics of the main processing equipment in the whole system were deeply researched. Any mature deposition patterns and its associated equipment were added into this system, and it needs met the integration conditions were given in this article, realized the "flexible" addition of deposition mode and its equipment and some structures suitable for the system were given. Based on the structure of numerical control removal equipment, stress relief equipment, clean equipment and workpiece/disc separation equipment in this system were discussed. The structural form of the universal workbench for all processing equipment was designed and the working process were described. Those studies laid the foundation for forming a practical flexibility additive and subtractive manufacturing system.
