Design and application of a quick-change fixture for gear grinding of shaft parts

This paper designs a new structure of quick-change gear grinding fixture suitable for shaft parts, which has larger tightening gap and higher fixture versatility; replace serialized quick-change expansion sleeves according to different parts to realize rapid change of production; By designing a large-stroke movable center to guide the clamping of parts, the problem of easy dislocation of workpiece clamping during automatic production is solved; the new structure fixture solution has been verified feasible and applied in mass production.
