Dynamic performance analysis of crankshaft grinder bed based on ANSYS

  • SolidWorks software is used to establish a model for CNC grinding bed, and the CNC grinding bed's static and model analysis are carried out in ANSYS software. According to the results, the structures are optimized, including the thickness of the bed, the shape of dig sand holes and the layout of the ribs. Synthesized all schemes, the optimized bed volume is increased by 1.199%, the maximum deformation can be reduced by 52.034%, and the first natural frequency is increased by 21.478%.
