Design of a new fixture for double-eccentric thin-wall sleeve

  • The processing of double-eccentric thin-walled sleeve parts is a difficult problem for mechanical processing. A new type of clamp that can achieve a certain angle of rotation, eccentric movementin the Xaxis direction and reasonable thin- wall positioning clamping is designed, so that the double the machining of eccentric thin-walled parts can be smoothly realized on the lathe, and the processing quality and processing efficiency are significantly improved.
