Research and application of adaptive machining technology for repairing blade tip damage of aero-engine turbine blades

  • The repair of damaged turbine blade is of great significance to the maintenance and life extension of aero-engine. In this paper, the research progress of repairing technology of a nickel-based cast superalloy turbine working blade is summarized, the repair method of adaptive machining at the tip of the blade is emphatically introduced, the experimental processing process and experimental results are expounded in depth, the development prospect of turbine blade repair technology is prospected.
