Order resource allocation method for cloud manufacturing

  • Cloud manufacturing (CMfg) is a service-oriented advanced manufacturing model, and resource allocation is considered to be the key technology for implementing CMfg. Research on the allocation of product order resources from the perspective of cloud manufacturing. Considering the diversity of product requirements and differences in production capacity, an order resource allocation model was constructed, and constraints including order, production capacity, and start time were considered. Then, an improved multi-layer coding genetic algorithm (I-GAMc) is designed, and an ordered and ordered two-layer non-negative integer coding method is proposed. The individual concentration is introduced into the selection operation, and the partially concentrated use of mapping cross (PMX) can avoid illegal chromosomes. Finally, through a case study verifies the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method.
