Industrial robot polishing application based on RobotStudio system configuration function

  • Aiming at the casting tee pipe as the workpiece, a method of building an industrial robot polishing workstation based on RobotStudio is introduced, and the space layout and program rationality are verified through experiments. First, design exclusive fixtures and workstations according to the particularity of the workpiece; secondly, set up I/O signals and key data, write programs and debug; finally, configure the actual workstation to process the workpiece through simulation data. The experimental results show that this scheme can meet the processing requirements and improve the working environment while increasing the production efficiency.
