Overview of machining technology of engine connecting rod cracking groove based on WEDM

Based on the current research on the machining and application of the WEDM process in the engine connecting rod cracking groove, this article is based on the connecting rod cracking groove processing requirements and the current domestic and foreign cracking groove processing research results, and combined with the connecting rod material to analyse current application status of WEDM in the machining of connecting rod cracking grooves, and pointed out the shortcomings in this respect.
