Analysis on vibration fault of linear axis for large aeronautical equipment

  • Aiming at the vibration phenomenon of linear axis of the large aeronautical equipment in the process of movement, combined with the large stroke, heavy load and high-precision structure characteristics of the linear axis, a vibration analysis method of linear axis of equipment combined with vibration detection, control detection and mechanical detection is proposed, which can effectively solve the vibration problems in the process of equipment operation and improve the quality of equipment stability of operation.
