Key technologies of intelligent process cloud construction for aviation structural parts manufacturing

  • Aiming at the contradiction between the high-intensity and high-demand process work and the serious shortage of process resources in the manufacturing process of aviation structural parts, a new intelligent process application mode based on industrial Internet cloud platform was proposed. The advanced process tools, methods and experience knowledge of enterprises were shared through the cloud platform. Taking the NC programming system as the integration platform, the post-processing, simulation and process knowledge base were integrated orderly to form a digital process integration solution, which realized the closed-loop optimization control of the process design; an intelligent process cloud platform for the manufacturing of aviation structural parts was constructed, which could open and share the core competence of advanced processes within the enterprise to the society, so as to promote the application of process tools, methods and knowledge between the upstream and downstream enterprises of the aviation industry chain, and promote the formation of a good process industry ecology. Through the introduction of application cases, it showed the positive role of the platform in the process capability empowerment of enterprise industry chain, and laid the foundation for the improvement of industrial process design level.
