Abstract
Using discrete event system modeling and simulation technology and rule scheduling method, the flexible job shop machine and AGV(Automatic guided vehicle) joint scheduling problem is studied. Based on the discrete event modeling simulation method, this paper establishes a flexible job shop simulation model, using average flow time, completion time, average utilization rate of AGV and completion quantity as evaluation indicators, first, the combination of different routing rules and scheduling rules is combined with the number of AGVs for simulation testing, and the best combination of rules and the best number of AGVs are determined. On the basis of determining the best rule, the influence of the task arrival mode of the workshop and the number of AGVs on the system performance is studied. The simulation results under different working conditions show thatunder the optimal rule combination, task arrival mode and the number of AGVs, the joint scheduling problem of flexible job shop can be effectively solved and the system performance will be optimal.
